Website information
Privacy and enquiry data.
This notice explains the information collected when you use the Remote Training Solutions website and submit a training enquiry.
Information collected
What the enquiry form asks for.
The website may collect your name, mobile number, email address, location, training requirement and description of your current experience. Basic technical and usage information is also collected to protect the form from abuse and understand how the website is used.
Do not submit sensitive personal information that is not necessary for the initial training enquiry.
How it is used
Information is used to respond and operate the website.
Enquiry information is used to understand your request, respond, coordinate potential training and maintain an enquiry record. Service providers may process information for website hosting, database storage, security and email delivery.
Remote Training Solutions does not sell enquiry information. Information may be disclosed where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect the website and its users.
Website analytics and security
Limited technical data helps us understand and protect the site.
The site records first-party events such as page views, calls to action and enquiry starts. Records may include a random session identifier, referring website, broad device category and country supplied by the hosting platform.
For analytics and spam controls, a one-way salted hash derived from the network address and browser information may be stored. The raw network address is not intentionally stored in the analytics or enquiry tables. Analytics is disabled when the browser sends a Do Not Track setting of 1.
Access, correction and concerns
Ask about the information connected to your enquiry.
You can use the contact form to request access to, correction of or deletion of information associated with your enquiry. Enough information may be requested to confirm that the request relates to you.
You can also use the form to raise a privacy concern. Some records may need to be retained where reasonably required for legal, security or business record-keeping purposes.
